The EVOLUTION switchgear is a series of monoblock and modular switchgear with solid-state insulation without the use of gas, designed for receiving and distributing electrical energy in networks with a voltage of 6...20 kV
In a modular design, the EVOLUTION switchgear is a device that performs one of the functions:
- Power switch (V)
- Load switch (C)
- Measuring voltage transformer (MT)
- Busbar grounding (ES)
The EVOLUTION switchgear has an ergonomic design, with a convenient height for maintenance and cable connection.
Each cell is divided into three compartments:
1. Low-voltage.
It is used to install relay protection and automation terminals. Any terminals suitable for technical characteristics and a set of protections can act as a REA.
The EVOLUTION switchgear can also be optionally equipped with devices for telesignalization, tele-measurement, and remote control. In this case, using connection devices or a PLC, it is possible to transmit a control or information signal via Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP/IP protocols to a higher level.
2. Power equipment compartment. This is a sealed enclosure with switching equipment, busbars and a cable testing unit placed in it for the entire service life.
Switching device "3b1" is a single device that performs all the necessary functions (disconnection, disconnection, grounding)
Since all elements are mechanically connected by means of rods, the operations are guaranteed to be safe.
The busbars are also located in an airtight compartment, together with a vacuum circuit breaker and a grounding disconnector
To prevent the occurrence of an internal arc, all tires have phase-by-phase insulation made of non-combustible thermoplastic.
3. The cable line test unit allows routine maintenance on cable lines, without additional operational switching of cable lugs and their disconnection, which ensures increased safety of personnel.
The cells are designed for installation in rooms with natural ventilation in accordance with the environmental conditions of the following indicators:
- Ambient temperature range from -25°C to +40°C.
- Relative humidity up to 90%
- Installation height above sea level up to 4,000 m.
